BRING YOUR MATE
	If you’re interested in bringing your husband/wife/companion to share your room, while you're taking a workshops, the fee is : $1,000. They're welcome to attend our readings and lectures.

WORK/STUDY PROGRAM
	Work four hours a day and receive a 20% discount on our shared room rate.

PAYMENT
	Particpants must apply to program no later than 3 months before departure. To secure a place you must send in a deposit of $700. Payments made six months in advance will receive a 10% discount. Balance must be paid in full twelve weeks before departure. A late fee of 5% will be added to payments received after 12 weeks before departure.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
	Reservation: $700.00 deposit is required to hold a space for you. Deposits are refundable for 30 days, if paid prior to three months before departure; afterwards, funds may be transferable to a future minus $300 for administration purposes.

CANCELLANTIONS: In exceptional circumstances you may need to cancel. If you cancel more than 12 weeks before departure your $700.00 deposit will be retained, minus $400 which is transferable to another program. Between 8 weeks and 4 weeks before departure we will retain 40% of the fee. Between 4 and 1 week we will retain 100% of the fee. Cancellation fees may be covered by your travel insurance.
