PAYMENT

Particpants must apply to program no later than 3 months before departure. To secure a place you must send in a deposit of $1,000. Balance due 3 months before event. A late fee of 5% will be added to payments received after 12 weeks before event or a lost of space in conference.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To reserve a space: $1,000 deposit. Deposits are refundable for 30 days, No deposits are returned after 90 days before an event.

CANCELLANTIONS: In exceptional circumstances you may need to cancel. If you cancel 3 months prior to event your $1000.00 deposit will not be refunded. Prior to 3 months before event you will receive a full refund minus $400 for administrative purpose. Travel Insurance is advisable due to illness and unforeseen cancellations. Cancellation fees may be covered by your travel insurance policy.
