Reservation: $700.00 refundable deposit by check, credit card or money order, this will reserve your space. After 30 days payment is non-refundable; however,payment is transferable to another conference. All reservations should be made three months prior to departure due to limited space. Not included: International airfare, and airport taxes, ground transportation, Items of a personal nature, Gratuities and porterage, Travel insurance, Emergency medical evacuation insurance, Visas (if required), All prices are in US dollars and do not include international airfare. Travel insurance is advisable for medical and cancellation purposes.
